No order is confirmed until a signed estimate or quotation as well as a confirmation of deposit (70%) has been received.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Turnaround time for 1st order is 7-14 working days once artworks sign off.
Turnaround time for re-orders 5-10 working days depending on quantity.
For customized labels, no artwork will be sent to the printers nor proof to client until deposit has been received.
Original artwork required in a Victor PFD format. Should we need to re-design a label quality an additional R360.00 would apply?
Two free changes to label proof will be allowed there after R70.00 per change will be charged.
